Think I will keep this app!!!fit its purpose .. motivational alerts and tips ... give you the option to repeat or do it again or stop or go faster or at your paste .. just starting using it and so far so good ... give you tips for healthy eating and options ... no extra advertising or commercials which is a plus ... good to keep yourself active ...Good, other apps are too slow and you have to wait for the squating time to end : it's not the case here.
2. I started the beginner program although I do workout, and the speed is just too fast to ensure a proper form (30sq/1min) maybe not for everybody, but ABSOLUTELY for beginners.
3. Very motivational.I love the clear descriptions on what to do, the fact that I can fill out info about myself, notifications and the simplicity.This app is really helping me get over my gym anxiety and allowing me to focus on the exercises.
4. It also shows proper form, which is a pluslove it very much specally having lupus and i cant bend my knees all the way sometimes but you can still do it.
5. Can't Sync with Google fit or anything (or not user friendly enough to find that option), also a big minus is that the speed of excercise cannot be changed.
6. Good videos, easy for a beginner to understand.
7. Maybe it's because I wasn't logged in, but that's only because logging with FB didn't work 😒Just started.
8. I am starting with beginner and it's for one minute, you can repeat as many times as you want.
9. Perfect timing and good exercises.
10. Bad form squats = bad news for your knees and overall contraproductive.
11. I didn't know to inhale as you bend and exhale coming up.
