1. At least give the option in the app to manually enter the data if you're not going to make it work or give helpful advice to try to make it work.USE A FAKE GPS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY!!! I liked it when it only required Bluetooth, but now that it won't work without GPS turned on, I will uninstall and weigh the old fashioned way.

2. The scale seems great, but I don't like the app because location is required for it to work, and there needs to be a way (or an easier way?) to go back and look at all previous stats.

8. Easy to use.So I thought this would be cool because it connects to the scale to automatically put your weight in and it keeps a diagram.

9. The app and scale connected well, easy setup, no issues since the crashing issue was fixed.

10. Seems like just the bluetooth should do it but I fuess you can't sell my info without having it all.

11. When it works it's full of great info and I'm super excited to use it but it hardly ever connects.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fitdays Issues

1. Fix Fitdays Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fitdays: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fitdays App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitdays" » Open Fitdays » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitdays » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitdays app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitdays servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitdays" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitdays app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitdays might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitdays. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitdays then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitdays not working


2. Fix Fitdays Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitdays be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitdays not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitdays may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello I bought an icomon scale and paired it with Fitdays as instructed. Soon, though, it stopped syncing accuately and for the past month disconnected and they can`t be re paired. It`s an expensive scale and I want to rely on Fitdays to track my progress but obviously this is impossible. I`m very upset.

Am using the app.,The body fat content has been about 28% for the past 10 weeks. I’ve been taking positive measures to bring it down. It went down last week to 20.9. However, it’s gone up again showing 27.4% today. Is thrre something wrong with the app?
