1. Keep it up guys! I'm 4 weeks in on all of the apps I have from you with the exception of the 5K run, finish that all out, and I look forward to each day of work out now!No complaints - it does exactly what I need it to: gives me goals, a timer and walks me through the sets.

  1. Restart 100 Squats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 100 Squats App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "100 Squats" » Open 100 Squats: 0 to 100 squats » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 100 Squats » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 100 Squats: 0 to 100 squats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 100 Squats servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "100 Squats: 0 to 100 squats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 100 Squats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 100 Squats might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 100 Squats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 100 Squats then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 100 Squats not working
