1. The counting helps me, makes squat through and makes me feel like I'm doing and getting something...For the most part I really like it, but with the 100-a-day beginners challenge, it has me doing lunge squats, single leg squats and single leg chair squats on one side only.
2. I'm going to subscribe againI absolutely love the fact that they count for you, instead of asking you to squat for a random amount of time like other apps do.
3. I subscribed for a month and then the app wasn't responding, hence I uninstall and reinstall back but it asking for another payment.

5. If I follow the programme as presented, I'm only working one leg on some days.Honestly i dont recommend this app, it has no features at all.
