Global Fitness Challenge Customer Insights

1. I also have a Samsung Galaxy Watch and the only way to sync is to use the Fitbit app, and install Health Sync to transfer data from Samsung Health to Fitbit...what a pain!Since the update I haven't been able to view my progress on any of bonus challenges.

2. The Fitbit sync does not bring any information over and there's no ability to try to manually sync once connected.

3. Please add Samsung support!!!!!!Doesn't accept many fitness tracking devices and requires everything to be manually logged anyway.

4. If it wasn't for my company fit challenge I would delete this ASAP.When I select to sync device, it crashes, so I can't even add a "wearable".

5. No sync for Samsung watch, have to use MapMyFitness and it does not work consistently.

6. If you change apps to look at fitbit or your log, when you come back to this app you have to wait 20 seconds for it to connect to be able to enter what ever the item is.

7. That means that either you end up double counting, or you dont get the bonuses.Inconsistent. For some reason this year, the app is not pulling data from my Garmin Connect app.

8. Doesn't sync to a connected sync app and usage is not very intuitive.

9. If I had a say, my company would use another provider. No option to use S Health or my Samsung Gear S3 for activity.

10. I can manually enter in my workouts, but what's from stopping anyone from lying here? I don't quite understand the concept, especially if this is going to be competitive.

11. Also... No way to break the connection. This app isn't pulling data from the "under Armour trackmyfitness" app even though it says their compatible.
