1. It becomes useless app after first rest day...if this is fixed i can continue using else will look for other appThought this app was great but now seems messed up it! It seems to be frozen on day five rest day i just completed day seven but it is not showing that I completed 6 or 7 if I could get help from tech support it would be great but need t to show on AppThe exercises are good, just needed a guiding voice to ensure that I'm not too slow or fast.
2. I read all the other reviews that mentioned the same glitch, i was hoping it would be fixed by now.After first rest day it stops reminding and marking completion of workout 6th day onwards.
3. Recently stops tracking after the first rest day AND I had to I install and reinstall to clear progress because the clear progress button in settings didn't do anything.
4. So I'm taking a star off.This is a good app but there are some issues I've found: Doesn't register the first rest day so the days after aren't registered ether.
5. And considering this has been a problem for quite a while the developers obviously don't care about it.Super bummed, stops keeping track after the first rest period.
6. Having said this I do appreciate the gradual increase in squats and the rest day.Have been using this app for the past 8 days & its going well.
7. There should definitely be more challenges , and different types.Like other complaints it doesn't recognise once you've get to day 5, rest day.
8. I like that it goes at a slow pace, because it's been hard for me to get into a good exercise regimen since my heart attack.
9. But I don't understand the height measurements (I put it in inches, but my math must be way off, because I couldn't find the number I thought it added up to), so I might have the wrong height on there.
10. However since the 4th day which was a rest day the app is no longer registering days 5, 6, 7 & now 8 which is disappointing.
