About LU-Smart

1. This enables some exciting new workflows such as the ability to do Live & Store and then upload that file to YouTube right from the device. - Are you in an area with zero connectivity but plan to upload your video later?

2. We can now upload while the app is running in the background so you can respond to mom in a timely manner. - Rounding out our metadata offering in Smart, we have done a few "exciting" things. 1- The metadata side carriage file will now be sent at both the beginning and end of a session.

LU-Smart Customer Insights

1. does not recover.So many problems... Did not work on a Samsung S8... Purchased a Pixel 4 based on the apps tech support... It's still having huge issues... If you don't use on an iPhone it's worthlessadd auto settings to prevents streams from disconnecting in low signal areas or low speed issues, and also lowering the stream to audio only with a black screen so the stream will never disconnect, and there is many non tech beginners trying it so make it the default only setting available smart automatic settings.Since the update I can't even get the app started.

2. But please work on improving stability on android devices and most importantly please please please give us actual manual exposure settings in that app, exposure compensation is not enough! And hopefully build a better camera software so that it handles highlights slightly better and generaly try to unlock potential of those iphones cameras.First of all Android does not work, it can't cast while iPhone can with exact same setting, second, waiting for my 2nd license to arrive over email/text for over half an hour on iOS since Android doesn't work and still waiting.

3. What is wrong with you?? We've develop apps too, this is grossly irresponsible to push am app of this buggy into prime time and charge people for it.Not working with Samsung A33 5g, Please give suggestions.app seems to be working well in our tests with a liveu server and Huawei and iOS phones, but not with Samsung S8 and S9.

4. The interface is kind of mediocre1.does not work sound on the iPhone 7 with airpods.

5. I need this for work! I'm using a Galaxy S10+Lots of issue in this app.

6. Some time no camera errorNot that user friendly, there is no handy zoom in options.

8. Bandwith builds up nicely to 12mbps, then goes down to max 2mbps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LU-Smart Issues

1. Fix LU-Smart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LU-Smart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LU-Smart App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LU-Smart" » Open LU-Smart » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LU-Smart » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LU-Smart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LU-Smart servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LU-Smart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LU-Smart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LU-Smart might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LU-Smart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LU-Smart then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LU-Smart not working


2. Fix LU-Smart Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LU-Smart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LU-Smart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LU-Smart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
