1. I use Audio Controller with my Olympus DM-7 and Olympus Sonority, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Phone, other Samsung Android Platforms, and iPhone plus six.

2. I find the Audio Controller works best on Samsung platforms, while the iPhone is fussy about composite file size when downloading an indexed recording with images and other indices.

1. Fix Olympus Audio Controller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Olympus Audio Controller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Olympus Audio Controller App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Olympus Audio Controller" » Open Olympus Audio Controller » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Olympus Audio Controller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Olympus Audio Controller app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Olympus Audio Controller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Olympus Audio Controller" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Olympus Audio Controller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Olympus Audio Controller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Olympus Audio Controller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Olympus Audio Controller then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Olympus Audio Controller not working
