Completely worthless app and it should be removed from the store.So far I have had nothing but problems, I get all the way to where I can pick my location of payment, and then it freezes up and I cant do my cash payment without the stupid code!!! APS's whole system sucks!! Ive had nothing but problems trying to pay! Maybe they should bring back a local office!??? I never had any problems then! But yet they want more money! Whatever!Horrible! How can it be called EZ-PAY when it's NOT easy at all! I have downloaded this app on multiple different devices and it will not work at all.

2. Bring back the payment kiosks.Only one star because they charge a fee and don't have any available location where I could go and pay with out getting the damn fee.APS!! Where is the original app?? The one I have been using for years to pay from my checking account.

3. So this is useless, I can pay through my bank account anywayDoesnt even work...have installed and uninstalled this app multiple times to try and get it to work and it's just awful, it doesn't do anything, it just opens to a blank white screen.

4. OHHHH but they can read that damn meter on time!!!I've never had problems with this app before, but now out of no where it's not opening on my phone? I've downloaded it several times, is anyone else having problems?the app wont even open.

5. And it doesn't even work right, it is not recognizing my account number so it doesn't even bring the total i have to pay.

6. Ridiculous, what was wrong with the old app? It worked just fine! I'm so sick of these companies thinking they are upgrading their apps and in reality are just f-ing them up! I believe"If it ain't broke, DON'T fix it!"Very simple & easy app to use.

7. Able to get help within reasonable time frame & you're able to request or view all items pertaining to your account.

8. But bill pay does charge almost $3 so keep that in mind.It's a good thing I still have my bill mailed to me... this app totally sucks @$$.

9. This app only enables you to make payments (no bill view, consumption tracking or outage report).

1. Restart Arizona Public Service EZ-PAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Arizona Public Service EZ-PAY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Arizona Public Service EZ-PAY" » Open Arizona Public Service EZ-PAY » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Arizona Public Service EZ-PAY » click "UPDATE".
