Why should I report an Issue with SoSecure by ADT: Safety App?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. But now that this new app has came out, it's the kind of panic app I've been searching for! Took long time to wait but it was worth it! While Life 360 has now upgraded to having a panic button, the yearly cost is expensive compared to ADT's budget friendly app.

If not I just activate video call or sms texting and an associate will be with you until you've reached your home they have your location 24/7 and it'll shorten the time for police and emergency medical response times and you can use this according to your level of safety not just for emergencies or break downs.

3. It really does work, I was stuck somewhere with car problems and my phone died so I couldn't use the app for roadside but the app contacted my gaurdians and I was found and helped thanks to this wonderful app giving my last location before the phone died.

4. Every time I'm connected to WiFi, the first error message says it can't make a mobile data connection, then the rest say something more generic.

5. Needs lots of work, I will likely find something else.Keeps making an alert sound every 10 seconds like it's searching for voice.

6. I'll have to look for a different app... AgainI am pleased with the new app! I like how ADT GO was ended because it was attached to another company and it just made it so confusing seeing I had Life 360 already but wanted a panic button.

It tracked my son fastI'm personally dealing with some security issues and I had tried pretty much every other app on the market until this one came out and everything else was pretty much unaffective and this one here is very effective if you're looking for an app like this, do yourself a favor and get this one because it's second to none and they are on point.

8. I would also like an example mode that shows what will happen if you swipe or call, as it is vague and I am worried about it making noises if I need to be discreet.

9. All it says every time I open it is "Whoops! So secure had a hard time loading..." The app has been in this state for several days at least.

1. Fix SoSecure Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SoSecure: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SoSecure App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SoSecure" » Open SoSecure by ADT: Safety App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SoSecure » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SoSecure by ADT: Safety App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SoSecure servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SoSecure by ADT: Safety App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SoSecure app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SoSecure might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SoSecure. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SoSecure then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SoSecure not working

2. Fix SoSecure Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SoSecure be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SoSecure not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SoSecure may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
