1. Find items: Tap the "Ring" button on the App and the iTrack Easy device will sound alert and flash LED light.

2. Find Phone: Hold the button on the iTrack Easy device to make your phone alert.

3. Item Lost Alarm: Your phone will sound alert when it is separated from the beacon device, and the app will also record the separated GPS location to make you find the item back more easily.

4. Sleep Mode: You can set the iTrack Easy device to sleep to save battery life and to avoid unwanted alerts.

5. Network Search: If an item is lost, the iTrack Easy network can find it for you.

6. Wifi Safe Area: When you connect to those selected WiFi networks, distance alerts are disabled in the iTrack Easy app to avoid constant alerts.

7. You may receive a notification of where you item is when another iTrack Easy user goes near your item.

8. With the app on your smart phone you can locate your lost or misplaced item easily.

9. iTrackEasy is a small Bluetooth device that can be attached to any of items, Eg your keys, wallet, luggage….

1. There's no way to contact developes to fix this issue so I basically wasted my money.It can tell you the card in is your house, but you can't make it beep when it is "disconnected", but if it's connected and you have it in a separate pocket it will beep and make your phone go off like crazy every couple of minutes, even if you turn all sounds so the way down on your phone! I'm sending the garbage back and uninstalling the app.The app is set to not turn off and run in the background so I can click the nioji and find my phone or pull up the app and find my keys.

2. Of the shortcomings (maybe this is not even a drawback of iTrackEasy itself), I note that the alert from the tracker to the phone loses all meaning on my Android 10 device if the battery optimization for this application is not disabled in advance.

3. Card will not find phone once disconnected but phone can find card via Google Map based on last known location.

4. In either case you can set the device or phone to Alarm for 15sec once either has disconnected from the other.

5. Unless it keeps disconnecting it works as advertised.Good as long as you keep the bluetooth on on ur phone at all times.

6. Thank God I haven't lost my phone and needed it to find my phone.

7. Other than that it is a great product and definitely good for people who lose things a lot.5 stars, then 1 star because it disconnected and wouldn't reconnect.

8. You must visually find it unless you get lucky and reestablish bluetooth so you can make it Alarm.

9. Definitely needs a lot of work to get it to workIt has definitely helped me find my wallet many times.

10. The app never stays up and I always have to wait about 10 minutes for it to load and find my keys.

11. A real-time GPS locator that doesn't depend on everyone else in my town having the exact same app would be far more helpful, but apparently that concept goes over every developer's head.

1. Fix iTrackEasy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iTrackEasy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iTrackEasy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iTrackEasy" » Open iTrackEasy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iTrackEasy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iTrackEasy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iTrackEasy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iTrackEasy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iTrackEasy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iTrackEasy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iTrackEasy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iTrackEasy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iTrackEasy not working

2. Fix iTrackEasy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iTrackEasy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iTrackEasy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iTrackEasy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
