1. Should be prioritised email option so that everybody whether who is in local or oversea can easily reset PW when it is forget.Much more nice design and more features including Biometric login system.
2. Should test on lower phone version not everyone holding a higher version phones.It's suck, won't show detail transaction on history after make transfer or income.
3. If the mobile service is not available or account owner is in oversea it can't be reset the PW.
4. Very bad customer experience.When I do QR payment, it force me to choose 'From account'.
5. It all good but I just give 4 stars because you can not scroll down for the reamining page (in some pages with more than one page) under service and products link.
6. But I cannot choose nor manually enter my account.
7. When I contact the AYA messenger explaining I have Android 9, the response was to update my Android to 7.
8. There's only one option to reset PW that is mobile sms.
9. My phone is Android 9 but cannot open the app.
10. Actually it should automatically choose my account because I only have a single account.
11. After entering the passcode, it just went back to the same page without transfer completed.
