1. worst stock app i have ever used! not equal experience to website last update in Aug 2018 said it all! Update 06/2020: untill now the application is not improved, one of the worst application for stock market.
2. prices do not update while chart prices are updated! very bad experience.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Derayah Issues
1. Fix Derayah Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Derayah: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Derayah App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Derayah" » Open Derayah » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Derayah » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Derayah app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Derayah servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Derayah" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Derayah app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Derayah might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Derayah. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Derayah then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Derayah not working
2. Fix Derayah Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Derayah be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Derayah not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Derayah may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
