But if you use the internet browser one it works perfectly fine.I'm locked out of my account, no way to log in, it won't recognize my phone number to send a code, can't get into the app to get help from chat, and when I call the number I'm put on hold forever then told to go through app or call back later & I hangs up on me.

8. I consistently have issues with earned funds appearing at seemingly random intervals, and my hours worked constantly shows zero.

9. Here's a Pro: It allows you to login by way of ADP.App is no good after the last update it loads slow, that's if it loads at all ! Its like rolling the dice on if its going to work or not.

10. But, for the last month, or so, my hours have stopped logging, and I'm no longer able to pull any earned wages off.

11. And the two stars is because at one point it was working fairly.The service is convenient, when it works properly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Payactiv Issues

1. Fix Payactiv Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Payactiv: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Payactiv App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Payactiv" » Open Payactiv » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Payactiv » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Payactiv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Payactiv servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Payactiv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Payactiv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Payactiv might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Payactiv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Payactiv then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Payactiv not working


2. Fix Payactiv Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Payactiv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Payactiv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Payactiv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have no use for this app and would like to have my account deleted. I do not want it active and want it gone. if i have no use for it then why would it be up and active. I have also tried to get my card active three times and have gotten it reissued to me three times. I have realized that is what you guys do and will no longer be using your app so, kindly, delete my account. if it does not get deleted i will keep emailing until it does.

Someone has access to my account. My check was $1,029But $325 was deducted from my check. It said Payactiv charged me $325 when the point is I haven't used Payactive. My ex-girlfriend has my account logged in on her phone. I was out of work cuz of covid. My job put 40 hours in the system so y'all let me take an advance on those hours.
