1. I don't know if it's the headphones (elite sport) or the app but it's to the point where I'm going to use another app.the ear buds pair with the phone fine to listen to music, but this app refuses to connect with them... it did once after several attempts and now it doesn't even recognize them... going back to best buy and if they can't show me a work around, they are going back.
2. The app could also be improved with a generic exercise option which just tracks your heart rate.--Update-- Heart rate for Elite Sport works well when walking but lately I noticed it does not work while running.
3. The other functions are good and the physical fit in my eat is okay, but if i just wanted headphones for music only, i would have gotten a much cheaper pair...I have been using my Jabra earphones for roughly 6 months and working well.
4. tried an old phone with android 7, and was able to connect and update firmware through that one, but back on my main phone still won't connect - just stands spinning at "connecting".
5. native Bluetooth connects just fine, so buds work for music and calls and such.
6. I clearly have them connected to Bluetooth as I am listening to music but the app won't connect or cannot detect them.
7. Very disappointed!! Please adviserefuse to connect with earbuds (elite sport) on Bluetooth.
8. Would be nice if the earbuds works with Bowflex Velocore.App has good features but is not consistent or clear with its metrics.
9. Weekly/monthly activity totals instead of just single workout results.This app is wonderful when it works, unfortunately it only works about 1/3 of the time.
10. Stuggling to connect to Elite Sport headphones.
11. Also it would be nice if the ear buds synced Samsung Health instead of creating an account for one of the limited partners that partially syncs.
