1. I've uninstalled the app, I've cleared the data, I've turned off my buds, turned them back on, unpaired them, paired them again, renamed them Jabra Elite 7 Pro in my phone bluetooth settings, turned on all permissions, but it won't take me through the process again. My device doesn't show up in this app even though they're connected to my phone.
2. Not every 30 seconds. It took a while to get the buds connected to the phone and for the app to recognize the pairing.
3. I have no use for the other features of this app, where the developer can't be bothered to have links within the Manual from the Table of Contents.Update from 5/31: After 2 months, a couple of failed attempts of contacting support and getting nowhere, and posting my frustrations here, I gave up.
4. Ear buds and app works great.Edit: I ended up resetting the earbuds and it started to work again.
5. After that, app won't recognize that phone is already paired to the buds.
6. I've been connected via Bluetooth for some time now, but the app won't recognize my elite 4 active earbuds.
7. I can't use the great white noise widget to sleep and wake up in the middle of the night with the loud "Recharge battery" in EACH EAR every 30 seconds!! This is insane.
8. Found online manual for the jabra evolve2 buds and followed steps in there.
9. Despite my new Jabra Pro's being paired with my phone, the app wouldn't recognize that they were paired.
10. My headphones connect to the phone fine but are not recognized by the app for whatever reason which makes all the features completely inaccessible.
11. When my phone is announcing, "Recharge battery," the app is showing that my bud's charge is 100%.
