1. I have a device that was connected to my phone, I know it's within range because I can see that it's connected in my bluetooth settings, but I cannot do locate because I had the app turned off when I wasn't using my device.
2. I can use the headset with the phone (Huawei P10), but not by using the config driven by the Assist app (location, read out..) Update: this is not caused by the battery saving mode, both the service and the app having full permisuons.
3. You need to sort this because it saps user confidence in the quality of your product range. The app is great, I really like the message readout feature and the map to find the device.
4. FAQ is cripplingly awful, and despite owning this model for over 4 years, I cannot disable vibration when called -which is AWFUL when I'm trying to sleep![[was] doesn't do anything.] Ok, so it does help with settings, and some of those settings, like the equalizer, were quite helpful.
5. The Jabra headset itself is great, absolutely excellent battery life -and you couldn't reasonably ask for a faster recharge time.
6. The only way to find a lost device is to keep this app constantly running in the background of your phone.
7. I unpaited the device and tried to connect via Assist, it displays a "rejected message".
8. It was all because of battery optimization of jabra service app.Since recent updates, my black Stealth is not found by the app, hence no associated features can be used.
9. The only drawback is that i have to "connect new device" everytime i reconnect my earphones after I turn them off or get too far away so that they disconnect.
10. Also, if all is unpaired and start pairing from scratch, using the app, I cannot actually cmplete the in-app pairing (with or without pairing in Bluetooth menu)Very Bad Experience.
11. It's ridiculous that the app requires you to re-pair the device.Horrible!!! Terrible!!! I can't find enough words to describe my frustration.
Hello Dear Customer Support!
I have two Samsung A53 SmartPhones on which Jabra Assist works because Jabra Service works / is installed on them.
Yesterday I bought another Samsung A53, I installed all updates, apps and so on, but on that totally udated version Jabra Assist did not properly start because of a missing Jabra Service. I tried the google App Playstore but with the Jabra Service in sight underneath was the message that "my apparatus was not compatible with this app".
Can you please help / advise on how to install the Jabra Service.
Many Thanks! (in advance)
