1. I can't share the before & after picture's to my social media either.I keep having to re download it but it wont open....and once it does down load it takes me back to the page that say it needs to be updated.....why am I paying for this if I can't use it? It has all my contacts info in it and I really like the scripts and follow up that they have send my lcs and dts.

2. Each time i open and have to sign back in it gets rid of all of my contacts or who ive messaged... its pointless to use at this pointThe new app looks really nice but I would love to save the PDFS training material and other things so I see it in full view.

3. However, it has a lot of glitches and doesn't update right away... not clear how some features work 😕 When shopping, the products cannot be viewed all at once and we have to keep going back to the menu, We have to guess the categories they are placed under and takes a long time.

4. How about a search field to shop a specific product?Im having trouble setting the follow ups in the app...I keep setting it for the times I want and it keeps setting it for today's date and time.

5. So I miss a bunch because of thisLove the app, always easy for me... But one suggestion of improvement could be having the ability to pause and REWIND on videos! I love taking notes while watching videos, just wish it had this feature.This app hardly works on my phone which is not that old.

6. Once fixed, Ill give a higher rating.Love the app... only issue I have had, is for the last year everytime I set a follow up date.

7. If I input a follow up, the day of, I have no issues with putting in the correct time.

8. then I go into the play store to update it and says download pending for however so long, and it never updates.

9. When will this be fixed!???It worked great before then once in a couple months it tells me to update and when it does that I can't access it at all.

10. everytime I try to open it, it says to update and when I try that I get a screen that says it's not accessible.

11. Mine (android) and my friend's (iPhone) still looks the same aside from getting training videos.

1. Fix It Works! Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart It Works! Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the It Works! Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "It Works! Connect" » Open It Works! Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for It Works! Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear It Works! Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from It Works! Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "It Works! Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check It Works! Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, It Works! Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall It Works! Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall It Works! Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing It Works! Connect not working

2. Fix It Works! Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make It Works! Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to It Works! Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, It Works! Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
