OSCU was outright uninterested in ever resolving this issue when I phoned about it.I have two separate credit unions who use the same app (nearly) Depositing a check works roughly 10% of the time (if you have patience) There's a user error that pops up repeatedly, and if you have the time, eventually you can get passed it.
2. It shows me my accounts, it allows me to make payments or transfer funds, and since they finally updated the mobile deposit part, i can skip the trip to deposit a check.
3. That feature is incredibly frustrating to use.It took multiple pictures of my check before allowing the deposit to go through.
4. The Check Deposit feature isn't great; it's not very clear what the issue is when it won't take the pictures of the check.
5. The check deposit section sometimes has trouble recognizing certain aspects of a check, and this can be amplified if your phones camera is bad.
6. Don't know when that update was, but it was more clear then.Fantastic banking app other than some of the drop down menus were confusing to see that they were indeed drop down menus, to me it wasn't so obvious they looked more like static images rather than something I can press and change.
7. Absolute trash.The app is good except for the check deposit feature.
8. This is the second time I've tried using this service, and the first time took two tries, and one of the two checks took 2 days to post.

10. Transfers from secondary accounts (Venmo, PayPal, etc.) also take a long time to show up/drop to the account.
11. Instead of sending you a code via text or email to enter in the app (a procedure OSCU itself uses to account-verify on their website!), it makes you leave the app and TEXT via Reply a code they've just sent.
