1. I'll now uninstall this thing.the app is so bad it has been like this since 2 years ago and never been fixed ..the problem is when you are looking for some thing to buy on the tools or any thing and you try to fo back just one time is will send you out all the way from the app and you have to go back again to choose what you are looking and when was the things you were buying I hope you guys fix it....The volume calculator just links to the one on the website which has been down for months! Less than useful...Searching is very difficult on hilti app and logs you out when placing orders .
2. Photos don't match all itemsI want to be better able search technical library keywords such as xfr systems vastly different then just non metallic pipes what's the difference ap from using the internet tool? Nothing and its pain in the butt.I try to login and I haven't been able to for a few weeks.
3. Other industrial supplier apps that I have installed allow me to reference parts and add items to an order while I'm offline, an order that I can then submit when I have service again.
4. A waste of timeManage my tools, stock up on my everyday project needs and book in repairs easily.
5. If I had fast internet at my jobsite I could just use a normal browser, one where I can bookmark the products I use most.
6. No probs for the boys with makita gear tho...Far too much specificity is need.
7. Poor customer support for expensive gear .
8. I changed the password, I created a new user but I still can't use the application.
9. Batter to use browser.App do not work.
10. shows that i am logged in, but cannot access any function.
11. It's just a re-packaged web browser.
