1. Works great, great opportunities and prompt payments.It's legit but just be careful what they ask you to do one time it asked me to order a fruit bowl after i was done ordering and i forgot and i didn't get the $$ for it.

2. This app, in reality, costs me money because of how slow and unstable it is.The jobs are convoluted and take a long time to complete, but if you stick to only what is required to be purchased you don't make out too bad in the end.

1. Fix iSecretShop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iSecretShop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iSecretShop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iSecretShop" » Open iSecretShop - Mystery Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iSecretShop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iSecretShop - Mystery Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iSecretShop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iSecretShop - Mystery Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iSecretShop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iSecretShop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iSecretShop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iSecretShop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iSecretShop not working

2. Fix iSecretShop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iSecretShop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iSecretShop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iSecretShop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
