1. There are definitely some bugs that need fixing, especially contacting the customer support!Did absolutely nothing for my credit score after 9 months! When I asked about cancelling, I wasnt informed that they will not give you your money back! It's an absolute scam! The only good review I've seen is one saying this has helped get their credit score to 1044! Which is nonsense as it doesn't go that high.

2. Even though I've cleared all my debts, and reduced credit and upped my overall cash balance.I had a fabulous, interesting explanation of how Portify works.

3. I just made my fourth payment today and have been approved for a "real" credit card from a major bank.

4. I have only interacted with customer service a couple of times, not errors on their part, just general questions I had, and on both occasions the reps were polite, professional, and their answers were quick, clear and concise.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pave Issues

1. Fix Pave Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pave: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pave App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pave" » Open Pave - Build Credit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pave » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pave - Build Credit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pave servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pave - Build Credit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pave app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pave might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pave. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pave then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pave not working


2. Fix Pave Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pave be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pave not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pave may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
