For a beginner like me, it's useful to have an app like this featuring range of workout plans to choose from.
2. The 3D trainer, poses, and Google Fit sync is a cost-effective way to workout from home.Needs more instructions on how to use app for beginners wording confusing eg if we need to hold pose or keep moving as is shown in video the use the words hold the pose .
3. The exercises are very approachable for beginners, especially, the app helps you keep track of your daily training and helps you build a routine, music is pleasant and relaxing, very suitable for the exercises.
4. It's just that the constant movement of the model during the workout could give the illusion that you have to keep repeating the movement instead of maintaining the pose.

10. But, I think there could be given a chart/page, in which all yoga poses are given, like a quick glance at all of them.
