1. Set a 5 min duration 5.5 in-out w/.5 pause on inhale & exhale w/starting and ending bells in the mustard theme - loooove it! Thank you!!! Update: still loving this! The only thing I can think of that might be an improvement is if the last breath was always finished instead of being cut off by the timer - like if it always ended after a complete exhale even if that added a few more seconds :) Ty again!!It's rare for me to write a review, but in this exceptional case ... The app is precisely what I've been looking for, nothing more and nothing less.
2. I've been using it for the last few days and find myself liking it a lot.So far the best breathing app I've tried! As a therapist I'm always looking for simple apps that I can recommend to my clients and this is it! The only thing I wish it had is a way to save the custom patterns.

That is why the 4 rating.So far for me this is the best app but it must need to fix the option for the scream that stays on and I find this dangerous since the phone might get hot and explode on you and also I notice that it drains your battery!!! It give you the the opportunity to add the time you want to spend on each breathing and also it have many other occasions.

5. Great app!I was looking for an app to remind me to pause and mindfully breathe for a minute or two throughout my day (I know I could use my phone's alarms for that, but historically, I find them real easy to dismiss and forget about for hours).
6. I really wish they had a better choice for the beginning and end sound beside that loud gong noise for it is distracting after being relaxed from the meditative breathing.

9. Not only does this 100% free app do so, but it also has a pretty decent, very customizable, breathing pacer with a handful of common breathing patterns available to use (or modify).
10. I can precisely tune my inbreath hold outbreath hold, so to breathe at an optimal 5.5 cycles a minute is extremely easy to program.
11. I love that you can customize the time duration, use a dark display if you choose, and pick the level of verbal cues.
