1. It's the only fitness app I've used where I've been able to work out from home! This app helped me lose weight during the pandemic!!!I like listening to the coaches and the music is great.
2. The trainers explain the moves well in real time as you workout, but also, many workouts have "move sync" which shows someone doing the move incase you're unsure.I think this is a good app.
3. The audio doesn't sync up to the video so being told one workout while showing a different video can be confusing.Great app.
4. And I really like the music in the background, it's usually tailored to the beat you should be doing the exercise at.Great workout app.
5. When using Spotify and the app one pauses the other so to have non video workouts you have to not have either open on the screen but in the background but play it from the drop down notifications bar.
6. I love the variety of the workouts, the music options, the awesome trainers, and the design of the app itself which is beautiful and intuitive.

8. Also, some of the instructors have vocal fryIf you can't get to a gym or can't afford one and just want to get started, this app is great! There are challenges and different classes and programs you can do.
