The seperate category for footwork, not as tightly constructed as the muay thai app in my opinion but great work i hope you add them back in the future.I'm thinking about complaints and can't find any at all.

3. Anyway it's great.I understand having to have ads in your app to make money, but putting them in between every two exercises in one 10-minute workout is ridiculous.
4. Having kickboxing on other days is good for the body to touch all parts of muscles.
5. Workouts are short, so you could do more than 1 if you want a longer workout.It would be cool, if we could get and download a badge for each week of our workout, moreover it could motivate beginners and general workouters.
6. Strength and crossfit has taken over and mixing with HIIT kickboxing is just great.Best perk is that it is actually free.
7. And nope, not gonna pay money for an 'ad-free' experience as if there aren't 100 other fitness apps that have an appropriate amount of ads.I like this app even though I think the UI can be much more better.
8. So if I want to workout for 10 minutes, I have to sit through or stop my workout to skip the ads....... FIVE TIMES - IN 10 MINUTES! Uninstalled after the first 6 minutes and 3 ads.
9. There's only ads in the menu which you can skip straight away and they don't interfere while you're working out like other similar apps.
10. If I had more storage on my phone I'd try other apps from the same developers.I just installed this app and fell in love with it.
11. As I'm so slim, I'm using this app to stay fit, practice kickboxing and gain weight.
