1. Some exercises with multiple rounds have a useless 30s rest at the end of last round.beginner friendly app.. recommended to those people who are not yet familiar with any martial arts and wants to train in their own home.. great app!!! Additional comment: I wish you could add a Google Fit synchronization for the app which I think would be a great feature (if possible).
2. Trust me when the day you will be doing the final 40 min workout you can say yourself an excellent boxer, if they just offer all workout for free it will be great because just now only boxing is taught by just hands.
3. I hope to see more workouts added in future and also some variety as after a few weeks it does get a bit boring and repetitive. So far I really like the app and enjoy the workouts.
4. Pausing the exercises is also very buggy, half of the time it either doesn't pause at all, bugs the pause icon or simply breaks the exercise preview for that exercise.
5. It's a shame you can't build your own workout in-app, as the videos, combos, voice guide and round timer is brilliant.App is well made, but for a paid app, it has too many technical issues.
6. I use it almost every day for a boxing workout but have not upgraded to the premium version as the exercises can be very repetitive.
7. Being a complete amateur hard to tell the difference between a hook and a cross.Complete, timed workouts with demos.
8. Has lots of workouts and workout styles, although most are locked behind a subscription.
9. Another reason for not upgrading yet is that I tend to always do the 45min versions but would love some more 49 (or even longer) ones. This is an amazing app for beginners, allow us to learn perfect form, foot work, moves.
10. Maybe more dynamic workouts and different boxing bag routines could help give more variety.
11. Adding this to my weight training breaks up the monotony of having to plan all of my workouts.
