1. The lack of biometric (fingerprint) login which has been widely available on most phones for 3-4 years dings the app 4 stars out of a possible 5.this app has horrible stability! it's a medical app for crying out loud, it shouldn't be crashing every time I open it! yes, I am at the latest version, yes I've tried force stopping and restarting, yes I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
2. And actually holding video meetings on the app itself is terrible, but activity is so limited on the computer version that you have to use both, often at the same time, if you want to talk to your provider.
3. complete garbage.If you're a medical provider please do not limit patients to submit their patient history via this hale.co app.
4. The main site might appear great and maybe even sharp for providers but limiting patients to inputting pages of Q&A via this interface is horrible.
5. It's enough to make me consider changing doctors.I've been disappointed that the use of attachments isn't allowed for patients to send to provider .
6. Please fix! The android app is useless!!!Crashed 5 out of 5 times on me after entering my medical history, information about my injury, and other tedious info.
7. It does come up that I need to share data and or results, but no way with the 2021 version of Hale.
8. One other shortfall: Unable to copy/paste my notes from a previous date, so I'll have them full my records.The UX is nightmarish as well as the color selection.
9. The patient text entry field is limited to the screen area not used for displaying the question.
10. I take away the 2nd star because the push notifications aren't great.
11. Any 5 star ratings are most likely from the company itself.It's a great app.
