Google TV Home Customer Insights

1. Never had TV this bad before.the app is not at all smooth it's quite sluggish and it lags a lot totally disappointed with Google with this.please make the experience smoothdue to this I am not able to navigate to apps with smooth motionSlow, not customizable, ads in a paid product, continue watching flaky, home screen features randomly appear then revert...keeps recommending programmes from services I don't have a subscription to, rendering that page pretty useless.

2. Do you hate your own customers?when you exit apps the screen becomes gray and you have to reboot the entire TV, I wish Google keyboard on the TV was the same like on the phonesGoogle hasn't reach an agreement with Netflix to allow Netflix content on the home screen.

3. When streaming or during standard operational usage, Google TV will freeze, cease to function, and/or return back to the home Google TV screen causing total failure and interruption with saved programming and/or current viewing of selected feature.

4. Sony needs to return back to Android TV programming.Google TV thinks I'm in a different location and won't play half the apps.

5. I have the Google Live Channels app installed and it refuses to show it at all in my apps list even though it's their own product.

6. The UI could allow for a bit more customisation, but as I'm only ever launching Plex or YouTube I really don't see the home screen enough to worry about it too much!it's almost as if Google designed this launcher specifically to encourage people to install better launchers.

7. Either Google needs to tell Netflix what Netflix customers want, or Google needs to stop playing hardball negotiations.UI is difficult and touchy.

8. Major reason of my Google TV purchase was kids profile and now I feel I have done mistake.

9. It's 'suggested content' is just a euphemism for force feeding you irrelevant ads for services you don't even have installed, whilst refusing to display content from the apps you actually use.

10. Orphaned continue watching programmes on the home pageit's very bad that every app needs separate sign in in kids mode.

11. Some apps will need separate purchase due to kids mode.
