1. Also it would be great if we the LED light on the doorbell could have been disabled through the APP.Update: The app hardly works, there is significant time delay in live viewing and onset of camera recording from motion and ring detection.
2. I would recommend it as a good visual deterrent, but would not rely on instantaneous notices of eventsAfter the last firmware update, the doorbell randomly says "Wifi connection failed" very loud but when I go to the app sometimes it's working and some times not.
3. Would like to have an option to set different sound on mobile when app warning for detection, so i know when i get a notification when its this app.It's impossible to receive live images or videos on my phone when the doorbell is rang.
4. The doorbell is located in an area where it has very good signal strength to Wi-Fi and the network, alerts to the phone tend to be delayed 75% of the time.
5. It'll either randomly go offline with no warning, I'll get delayed or no notifications, the battery runs out extremely quickly, and I can't even install the latest update because I get a message saying 'device is recording, please try again later' when I took the batteries out the damn thing.
6. The notification sound isn't working, you can't enlarge the screen unless you screen shot it, the Wi-Fi "reach" connect is poor, I don't know the distance between WiFi connection you have to be.
7. First doorbell crashed during a firmware update never to work again.
8. I have not changed my router or where it is and had this doorbell for 1 year and have a strong WiFi Signal (55db).
9. Only a 15 to 20 seconds recorded video of the visitor(s) is seen more than three minutes after the doorbell was rang.
10. Make sure you go into the settings and update the firmware for your doorbell.
11. I'm a computer technician so this isn't on me.I have put the motion detection on high, the distance between my fence and front door is less than 10 meter, but the app/cam activate too slow.
I need video footage from 12/1/24 I accidentally erased it how can I recover it
This is the 2nd doorbell I have owned and have had issues with both. This one will not turn on or charge. And when you try to talk to someone they can't understand you, and we are unable to understand the person at the door.
I am very upset and disappointed, please help me

When I try to login to Live home I am redirected to Aiwit and cannot use Livehome. The result is that my batteries discharge in 3 to 4 days when previously they would last 3 months.
live home app won't accept my gmail address as a valid e mail adress
My LiveHome app is no longer working and a company called Aiwit are trying to make me update to them.
I have read they are worse at speed and generally.

A while ago I bought the doorbell v7. Because we were moving to another house, I didn't test the doorbell out. It's been hanging for 1 week now, and I just got a mail that the battery is very low. The ad said that I have to charge the battery every 6 months but now it is already very low (less than 20 percent). Is there something wrong with the battery? Because it seems very odd to charge the batteries every week, especially since the ad said this would only be every 6 months.
Can i again please get some assistance this is my 3rd or 4th request since yesterday in resetting the device to a new hub im following what & when prompted but its not going through .
Hi I have sold my doorbell to my friend. I have deleted the device from the LiveHome app. My friend is unable to add the device when scanning the doorbell over the code from the app is is saying unregistered device and unable to pair.
Please advise ASAP
