1. Can the developer help me with this? Other then the ok google issue i find the app very good.There are lots of things wrong with this app as it is ,I can't give some certain commands and when you even tell it to play a video on a certain app it tells me that it can't find any app to play the video including my files and YouTube It's so annoying that I can't even edit the voice setting I mean common .I keep getting all the wrong answers and irrelevant or even inaccurate search results.

2. I was hoping for Google Assistant to sing it to me, not the other way around! Google should let its Assistant to sing me a song, no matter what voice I choose.

3. I know how to disable it for regular Google Assistant, but that ability and setting seems to be totally cut out of this version.

4. The main reason I gave the app only one star in my recent review is because the of lack of support for activating the assistant with "Hey Google" or "Ok Google" which is, in my opinion, a serious safety issue.

5. That's not funny! Google Assistant won't sing me a song, it just keeps playing some tune for me like a karaoke.

6. You're not able to use the full version if you have Google Assistant go can't use regular Google assistant or regular Google if you have Google go.

7. Wont allow ok google to listen for my voice to do several things with voice and without the need for hands on.

9. I can't activate the assistant with voice, so the only way to get the assistant to respond is to touch the microphone icon, which is difficult while driving.

10. I feel this version of the app is really lacking in functionality, should be hands free even with Go.There's NO way to mute or shut off the voice responses of the GO version.

1. Fix Google Assistant Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Google Assistant Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Google Assistant Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Google Assistant Go" » Open Google Assistant Go » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Google Assistant Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Google Assistant Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Google Assistant Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Google Assistant Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Google Assistant Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Google Assistant Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Google Assistant Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Google Assistant Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Google Assistant Go not working

2. Fix Google Assistant Go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Google Assistant Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Google Assistant Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Google Assistant Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
