Why should I report an Issue with Eve: Track. Shop. Period.?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I know there's another app for tracking pregnancy, but it would be great to not have a 9 month period cycle on Eve.This is seriously so accurate and I'm pretty irregular! All the options they give you to select how you feel physically and emotionally are extremely helpful to make everything more accuratly detailed.

2. However, the constant bug to upgrade to premium was the only reason I stopped using the app for a couple of years and now being back, I may stop using it again.

3. A little too much social media aspect for a period app, it was amazing and I would have given 5 stars like 4 versions ago.Edited to add that I gave it another month and have now switched to MyCalendar.

4. It's s become cluttered with content you don't need or want (and cant remove) and even sponsored content right on the home page.

5. Also, now that I am pregnant (clearly the likelihood was pretty high) it would be great if I could pause the cycle tracking.

8. But you're still gonna get 7 pop-ups before you can view or update anything.This seemed like a really modern and useful app, but I was really overwhelmed by the amount of ads for "upgrading to premium" on every single screen.

9. I do not like that they ask you to try a trial offer, then get you by surprise with a 47.99 charge to your bank account for a subscription fee for something I didnt enjoy in the first place.

10. This might not bother some people, but I'm moving on to a different app.I've had this app for a couple years and found a couple aspects to it very helpful.

11. I just want the simple app back that actually didn't have 90% of the app blocked by a subscription.It's really frustrating to look at the dial that tracks your fertility.

1. Fix Eve Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eve: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eve App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eve" » Open Eve: Track. Shop. Period. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eve » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eve: Track. Shop. Period. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eve servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eve: Track. Shop. Period." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eve app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eve might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eve. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eve then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eve not working

2. Fix Eve Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eve be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eve not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eve may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
