2. Refill your prescriptions with one click, get refill reminders, get discounts at your local pharmacy, get savings on brand drugs and access Pharmacist written pages that help you understand your condition or medications.

1. 1) Not consistent with sending refill requests, when it's not allowing requests I end up calling in the refill which defeats the purpose of the app; 2) would be efficient if the prescription number would automatically update when a new script is received; 3) Would be ideal to have notification when refill # is at one or delayed; 4) Ability to send/receive messages.

2. It's basically an electronic notepad to keep your prescription numbers on that'll submit refill requests for you.This app does not tell you when a prescription has been received, is pending approval or processing.

3. I do wish there were a few more features like being able to see what meds are ready and the price, the ability to message the pharmacy and being able to see what refills are available.

4. My only request is that if a prescription is filled outside this app that it be recorded in the app as well to help coordinate recurring meds to be filled all at the same time.

5. On my app it list all of my meds, when it was filled last and the refills left.

6. Currently I refill one with this app, then two days later another is auto filled but does not show in app as filled so its hard to coordinate fill dates in the future.Me and my wife use the app.

8. We have the exact same versions, they look totally different, it doesn't list all the information about each medicine, it only shows the name and rx# and thoseareveryold.

9. In her app it only lists 4 meds.I like this app, once we enter all our meds etc, it'll be easy to reorder, ask questions, change pick up, drop off, etc... it's a great app.

10. It doesn't track your remaining refills or when you last refilled a medication.

11. I love the pharmacy and the staff but phone calls to check status should not be necessary.

1. Restart Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy" » Open Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy might not work.
