1. Was working fine last week, now saying invalid login information even though I use that exact same credentials on the website and login just fine.

2. Website is atrocious and can't get rid of banners that take up most of the screen on my phone so the app was a welcome relief until it quit working.At first, I thought that it was a great application.

3. Guess I'm stuck using the website on mobile until an update or fix comes out.this app is horrible I keep having to call for assistance.

4. Only good thing about the app is that all paperwork can be completed online.It's stopped allowing me to log in on 5/28, saying my credentials are wrong and directs me to the website.

5. Would serve its user with something better than," anti-touch" running buttons ,and mispositiond cursors.For some reason I cannot access app but can login on internet.. I've uninstalled this app twice.

1. Fix JOBS4TN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JOBS4TN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JOBS4TN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JOBS4TN" » Open JOBS4TN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JOBS4TN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JOBS4TN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JOBS4TN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JOBS4TN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JOBS4TN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JOBS4TN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JOBS4TN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JOBS4TN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JOBS4TN not working

2. Fix JOBS4TN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JOBS4TN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JOBS4TN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
