1. Fully recommend!Excellent application, a few issues do exist, when scanning a document, I recently noticed that you always have to edit the black and white option paper, since it leaves gray patches that are visible when you send the document as a PDF.

2. I've been getting a lot of use out of this app ever since the scanner in my office went down, so for me the utility outweighs the annoying file associations.I tried numerous scanner apps in the last hour.

3. And they are not visible until you save the document as a PDF FILE.Was great, but now rubbish - keeps crashing and then loose your scan.

4. If you need a scanner , it's well worth paying for the pro versionIt's useful but apparently associated with a bunch of unrelated file formats.

5. it's so easy to do with the option to email and share and the picture quality is decent.App no longer uploads to Google Drive correctly.

1. Fix JotNot Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JotNot Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JotNot Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JotNot Pro" » Open JotNot Pro - PDF Scanner App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JotNot Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JotNot Pro - PDF Scanner App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JotNot Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JotNot Pro - PDF Scanner App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JotNot Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JotNot Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JotNot Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JotNot Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JotNot Pro not working

2. Fix JotNot Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JotNot Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JotNot Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JotNot Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
