Terrible policy, customer service, fees, lied about overdraft protection, neglected merch disputes that will hold your money for over 5months even after presenting refund receipts, dispute department definitely is lazy, dumb and would not recommend this back to my Dog! 2. never have broblem, the only thing I look forward is to have more credit line or big loans with low rate can make huge to the frosters.I think the customer should have access to other features such as loans or credit cards, etc.Had to stop my direct deposits and send to my other bank for use.

I've noticed charges suddenly disappear from the transaction list from one day to the next and in my opinion this is their attempt at making you accidentally overdraft so they can collect the fee, a service I always decline because it's outright thievery and yet was recently activated for my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
4. I've been a long time Frost client.I cannot rave more about Frost bank! My favorite feature of their technology is their known caller feature.
