1. Vary pathetic experience, my money stuck in their wallet.Worst Experience...Paid rent through credit card using this app for the first time thinking it will be processed immediately like other apps, but It got stuck, am waiting from many hours, it is still showing "processing".

Worst experience!One of the worst app to make rent payment, most of the application settle down the payment in minutes, without knowing it will take 24hrs to transfer the rent I have paid rent through this app and the money got struck and it's showing in process, pathetic why should some one need to wait for 24hr to get the confirmation.

3. Therefore, to avoid paying fees to both Freecharge and the bank, credit card holders have started minimizing the option of rent payment.

4. Stop it freecharge otherwise i will delete the app from my phone.We can't transfer amount instantly to rent payment through credit card from freecharge.

5. There is no option to connect with customer care... Now I have to wait for 24 hours as per automated response in chat.There is a feedback for freecharge, add option to pay tuition fees by adding any bank account to your service.

6. Because almost all credit card issuing banks have started charging on rent payment.

7. If not required why Wallet option has given? More than this if you call customer care it asks to check concern on app only and no person to respond on call.

8. While payment it is not showing Wallet for even a single transaction and it is showing açcount options only.

9. So I'll share I'll share the issue here: I have a current acc number with alphanumeric characters that I need to make a payment, but the app only allows entering numbers.

1. Fix Freecharge UPI & Credit Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Freecharge UPI & Credit Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Freecharge UPI & Credit Card App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Freecharge UPI & Credit Card" » Open Freecharge UPI & Credit Card » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Freecharge UPI & Credit Card » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Freecharge UPI & Credit Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Freecharge UPI & Credit Card servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Freecharge UPI & Credit Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Freecharge UPI & Credit Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Freecharge UPI & Credit Card might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Freecharge UPI & Credit Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Freecharge UPI & Credit Card then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Freecharge UPI & Credit Card not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Freecharge UPI & Credit Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Freecharge UPI & Credit Card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
