1. Vary pathetic experience, my money stuck in their wallet.Worst Experience...Paid rent through credit card using this app for the first time thinking it will be processed immediately like other apps, but It got stuck, am waiting from many hours, it is still showing "processing".
2. Worst experience!One of the worst app to make rent payment, most of the application settle down the payment in minutes, without knowing it will take 24hrs to transfer the rent I have paid rent through this app and the money got struck and it's showing in process, pathetic why should some one need to wait for 24hr to get the confirmation.
3. Therefore, to avoid paying fees to both Freecharge and the bank, credit card holders have started minimizing the option of rent payment.
4. Stop it freecharge otherwise i will delete the app from my phone.We can't transfer amount instantly to rent payment through credit card from freecharge.
5. There is no option to connect with customer care... Now I have to wait for 24 hours as per automated response in chat.There is a feedback for freecharge, add option to pay tuition fees by adding any bank account to your service.
6. Because almost all credit card issuing banks have started charging on rent payment.
7. If not required why Wallet option has given? More than this if you call customer care it asks to check concern on app only and no person to respond on call.
8. While payment it is not showing Wallet for even a single transaction and it is showing açcount options only.
9. So I'll share I'll share the issue here: I have a current acc number with alphanumeric characters that I need to make a payment, but the app only allows entering numbers.
10. Your choice "Take it or leave it" 🤞Faced an issue with transaction, tried reporting it from within the app, but the Submit button remains disabled after uploading screenshot.
11. It's worth once every month billings & if you don't do much online transactions & billing as well as you are not credit card user.
