2. Myplate ending made me shop around and I was very impressed with this apps food database, charts and visuals in the free version and it's very adequate for food and activity tracking.
3. A must use if you're keeping track of your calorie count.Impressed so far! I was a loyal SparkPeople user and it's been difficult to find a good tracker that I can build favorites and custom meals since.
4. Much more thorough database of foods than other apps I've used, easy to add foods and delete with swipe left.
5. I was scared when trying to find an app to download it would encourage me to eat less and less but this app has been helpful and unbiased :)This app has been very helpful and very user friendly! Consistency is always key but it's nice to have something where you can log and track everything you are taking in.
6. Love it I have one comment about database recipe, the screen doesn't scroll down easy, and when you clic on the recipe the picture doesn't show up.
7. it's a little more buddy-ish than judgy-ish in how it provides places for notes and information--there's a place for notes at the weigh-in, and then a different place for notes in general; it's so nice to keep these two things separate! I also like the letter-grading the meals through the day; lots of things, really.
8. Which leads it to not recognizing the barcode (because not all of it got scanned) and you have to enter it in manually, or just rescan it but make sue you have your phone directly on the barcode before even clicking the scan button.This is my FAVORITE food logging app.
9. Offers tracking on more than just calories, like micro nutrients, and not only tracks them, but it helps you see what items you're eating that contribute the greatest to what categories.
10. I did eventually purchase the annual subscription because it actually has useful features that seem valuable for my journey.I love this app! there are so many free features I was surprised.
11. This wonderful feature helps you avoid foods that put you over your limits and insight to why you may be falling short or feeling unwell.
