1. Please fix this issue.I wish I could leave this app with minus five stars or 20 for that matter but first off your pictures of this app when you go to take pictures you got really be careful because there's about a 3 to 5 second delay so that sucks That's time-consuming that crashes all the time won't open up the scripts all the time you got to fight with it close it open it back up then it forces you to log out or just kick you out then you got to fight to get back in which that could take up an hour to situate allNew update is awful.

2. Camera is terrible, change it back, get rid of the zoom bar it was perfect how we zoomed before, it's too slow to take picture, it is zoomed in when you take the picture but in gallery it's far away.

3. If qa rejects an order all photos are deleted.Since the new update time between pictures is slow.

4. Its so bad I am considering not accepting anymore safeguard jobs.The new update to fix the last update is literally worst! The newly added zoom bar has been moved to the top.

5. Not great when on a 10 hour route hours from home or any timeOn listing orders, when you have the property in frame of the camera view and snap a picture, the actual picture is cut off on one side.

6. The photos show zoomed in when taking at lowest zoom setting then when you look at them in the gallery they are far off.

7. The camera shutter speed is TERRIBLE and MUCH MUCH slower than it was before your terrible update in March.

8. Zoom is such a hassel the client is getting photos without it and the auto focus is gone.

9. The zoom feature was at the bottom of the camera view, now its at the top; no real reason why(Former way was easier).

10. Please change it back!The new update is horrible! The camera feature needs to be changed back to the old way.

11. Also seem to notice the developers' response is "we have pinch to zoom", or "that doesn't seem right." What doesn't seem right is all the problems with the app that we all seem to have.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SafeView Issues

1. Fix SafeView Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SafeView: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SafeView App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SafeView" » Open SafeView™ Inspect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SafeView » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SafeView™ Inspect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SafeView servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SafeView™ Inspect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SafeView app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SafeView might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SafeView. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SafeView then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SafeView not working


2. Fix SafeView Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SafeView be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SafeView not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SafeView may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
