1. Paid the money but not a single one of the promised premium workouts appeared! I contacted the developers, but no reply.
2. Unfortunately it doesn't move you to the next week you have to go find it click it after the first week.I agreed to purchase but its not really what i expected and its not user friendly to beginners.
3. There are videos for each exercise, programmed workouts (and the ability to reprogram these workouts), and 'build your own' routines.
4. Each week ups reps but doesn't change the exercise which wasn't effective/necessarily exciting to me.
5. It does glitch sometimes but nothing that doesn't take 10 seconds to fix.A good variety of exercises which can easily be done at home but it's a shame it doesn't show calories burned.
6. Also the harder workouts have to be paid for and it would be better if it could be synced with Google Fit.
7. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a comprehensive home workout app.I have been using it for a year now and I've lost 10 solid pounds without really changing my diet.
8. If I'm having a hard time with an exercise I prefer to take a little break and then finish the set, which timed apps don't really let you do.
9. I paid for the unlimited version.Original review (5 stars): Simple and effective.
10. Took off a star for repetitiveness with the programmed workouts.
11. Eventually uninstalled after finding a more dynamic app.The number of workouts are limited.
