1. Even adjusting to highest variety of exercises, it gets pretty boring and repetitive.I think it is great that it makes a personalized exercise regime for each individual person the biggest problem I have is that if someone doesn't know what a particular exercise is and is reading the extra information and watching the visual aid multiple times and still not understanding it there should be a visual aid with an audio explained guide to help the individual work through how the exercise works.
2. If BodBod can find a way to stop glitching so I can finally get the service I've paid for that would be AMAZING! Until then, I am NOT a fan.Overall, this is a great app when you don't want to think about how to put your workouts together (but still gives you the option to), and adjusts your workouts to how sore your body is feeling that day.
3. I would like an option to terminate an exercise.. if I'm in the middle of the workout and I would like to exit, I have to go through all the exercises 2.
4. It would be nice to see some statistics / insight from previous workout.. some analysis of the history.. a log of the various workouts..There are some great things about this.
5. Unfortunately, many times, it will start you out doing 3-4 sets of one exercise before switching to supersets, which would be fine, but it seems to go retarded when it does this and it has you resting 4 minutes between supersets, which defeats the whole point of supersets.
6. It would be nice to know what *not* to do.I've been using this app for years now, and it works great as a workout program to follow as a beginner.
7. Seems like a CRAZY-EASY fix, but despite reporting it as a problem through the app many times over many months, it is still an issue. This app has revolutionized my workouts by making me do things I would never have dreamed of doing.
8. Even the audio guide in the app only tells you when your next rep is nothing more.Summary: Use this if you are fairly new to weight lifting and exercise, and if you want to learn more.
9. When you add an exercise it doesn't adjust the cool down period to the rest of your workout.
10. I can imagine how expensive it must be to book them for a shoot, but please invest that money and don't go with exercise videos that totally lack that polish.
11. Swiping up and down and left and right in the exercises is very important, but it's programmed so poorly, I usually need three or four attempts until it slides where I want it to.
