Normally exchanges charge you high and take time to deposit but this was way cheaper and faster.In times of need to transfer money you are totally disappointing, you are upgrading your app from time to time not informing your customer or even email us how long it will be esp the kiosk system, totally worse app😒😒😒if there will be other apps using kiosk I will definitely switch rather than yours.
2. Best thing was to uninstall, unsubscribe and block... back to my other trusted transfersWas advertised as being able to send money to Philippines, including Gcash but after installing and verifying identify no options at all for sending money, only useful for topping up mobiles, and there are other easier options available for doing that.
3. What if emergency purpose? They can't use the money we send coz the processing is more than 3 days.. just saying..thanks anyway.it was working fine but today when i opened it to check the rate.
4. Overall onboarding experience was disappointing.I tried their service and quite disappointed coz i chose to send the promo cash they give last april 30 but until now it is on processing.
5. My first experience was a bit lengthy due to my nervousness but was overwhelmed by the help I received from staff and specially when money got credited immediately to the Indian account in 10 minutes that too on a Sunday.
6. I don't have to struggle with the qeue in exchange/remittance centers, esp this Pandemic Era.. And the transaction is as fast as real time, plus the cglharges are cheaper than of the exchange.
7. Edit - thought I would give it another try but now app won't even open, constantly says it's 'Under Maintenance'.Honestly I don't normally take risk of using online apps to transfer money.
8. very bad experienceThe service is good considering it's a new mobile wallet app for money transfer/remitttance purposes.
9. Also the exchange rate are just the same oflr even higher compared to other remittance center.
10. My account verification for level 2 took 3 days, which only happened because I messaged customer support.
11. The transaction period took 1 hour and half although, verification for new user might have implicated this factor.
