1. Last but not least the customer service over the phone for help with the mobile banking app is perfectCan someone please fix this app, I have been using it for a few years now with no issues and now all of a sudden It won't open this is frustrating it has been this way for weeks now it keeps saying error I contacted home bank customer service and they said many are having this issue!If I could give a 0, I would.
2. I have to do it manually every time because the stupid AI doesn't pick up the check imageNormally the app works fine, but now I get 'Application violated security policies and will be shut down.' I tried reinstalling and that doesn't help.
3. This app, ugh! Stepstone :-)The app is very easy, mobile check deposits are quick and problem free, and the ability to quick glance at your account balance is nice as well.
4. My only complaint would be it the downtime for certain hours of the day.It was great did not have any trouble logging in 🤠The new mobile check capture is awful.
5. Depositing checks is easy to do, and transaction history is concise but informativePerfect for keeping track of my account and making deposits.
6. But not very easy to register for Zelle (which is totally available with this bank and the app).
7. I've tried too many times and I've even tried getting someone on the phone- nothing but failed attempts😒 Literally other than that one thing, great app!Pretty great app.
8. I keep getting HB error trying to re-start text alerts- even after today's update.
9. Not fair to a wonderful bank! Sent 2 notices to the developer of the app.
10. When Home Bank app works, it's fine.
11. I've been client of Home Bank since 2008.
