1. I want my money back and subscription cancelled now.I am trying to contact them they keep trying to take money out of my account and I never used them they have no phone number you have to email them no good app don't try itBad experience.
2. After tediously and painstakingly going through each and every possible option, sequence of options, setting, and available service, I learned there is no WAY TO LOCATE A DEVICE WITHOUT THAT DEVICES KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSIONS.After working great for a short while, it then starts to mulfanction.
3. Why couldn't it first decline payment!!!! I hate this app very much, they gonna run with your moneyIt often doesn't find the person I am tracking, or it doesn't have any info on where someone goes.
4. Please cancel my subscription.Horrible, contact link on web page doesn't connect.
5. Also after I sent the link, I need to install the app to my parents phone and subsribe again to their app.
6. After installing and paying the 3 days subscription fee, I couldn't even use it to locate anybody.
7. The point is that you have to wait for the person to come home to do that and by then you have missed one whole days trips history, only to go through the same process again in a matter of 3-4 days.
8. I want a refund and can't cancel the subscription.
9. Have to uninstall as not useful to me.VERY USELESS APP! SCAM! Calling google play to please cancel this app to avoid another victim.
10. I need to send a link to my parents before I can track their locations.
11. It doesnt update the persons location, and doesnt show that the person left home even after 8 hours of being out and about.
