NissanConnect Customer Insights

1. Could use a better loading symbol or something to indicate you need to wait.Barely Usable, Despite Great Potential - It takes a solid minute or two to get the car's climate control turned on, with a failure error about 50% of the time that requires retrying.

2. Setting it up takes weeks or months and a lot of emails and texts and calls and callbacks and upgrades and reinstalling and... Getting setup is nearly impossible, but that's probably a good thing because the control of your car shouldn't be easy for other people to do.Once again an upgrade; 7.6.2; breaks portions of the app.

3. The feature set of the app is awesome, but it takes so incredibly long to do anything that there's a fair number of occasions that I avoid using it because I don't have the time to invest in trying to get it to work.

4. I'm tempted to give it one star because it's incredibly frustrating to use, but I have to give it two because it does eventually do the thing you've asked it to do...most of the time.Everything works great! The delay does suck a bit, but the functionality it provides is awesome.

5. I only hope my car is more reliableI can only give it two stars because you can actually do some things with it (lock/unlock doors, beep the horn to find your car, and a few other cool functions), but it's incredibly slow and unreliable.

6. Lastly, why does my 2022 Leaf not support Wireless Android Auto?An app that controls your car and lets you know the charge level without going outside and getting inside the car is pretty handy.

7. This needs to be much more reliable. What a horribly slow and unreliable app... Many times you can't even connect to your car, it won't update... It used to display the report (energy usage, Regen, etc) but that's gone now.

8. Very disappointing, when you are trying to embrace the EV style of driving, but Nissan keeps taking the tools away.Update 9-26-21 the app just keeps getting worse.

9. From what I've read, it sounds like part of the problem is that the app can't just connect to the Leaf and get the info it needs or perform the task you've requested.

10. I hope the people who wrote the app are never allowed to work on the car's software! ! This has to be the slowest most unreliable apps ever.

11. I don't mind that it runs kind of slow but when features don't work, it's more than annoying.
