Luvly Customer Insights

1. Save yourself, I couldn't save myself.I like the idea, face yoga definitely works, but the videos are way too reliant on AI and the explanations of the exercises is not always easy to understand (they say things like massage the occyposis with one hand while maintaining pressure with the phalanges of the opposite hand 🤔) some of the early ones are very easy to follow but I lost interest when trying to follow exercises round the back of the head.

2. There are several free face yoga videos out there, however, I chose to try this app to remind me to do it daily & add variety.Overall have been likely the daily exercises.

3. too expensive for videos you can find for free on youtube.I love the exercises and have been documenting the differences I have seen.

4. Android is missing a lot of features including new content that they promote on their social accounts and the daily course that's tailored to you doesn't count towards the point system - only the face fitness challenge doesDeceiving.

5. The problem wasn't resolved but I just reinstalled the app and started over...so we will see what happens! Original: I signed up for 3 months and it's been stuck on day 3 for 3 days and nobody is responding to my emails for help.

6. There is nowhere to close out or to skip for truly free content.I've done two sessions so far and I can feel my face relaxing already.

7. I've been emailing back and forth with their customer service but my problem hasn't been resolved and I still can't use the app.

8. I particularly hold it in my cheeks and jaw and these exercises feel as if they are releasing a year worth of tension.

9. There is nothing available here that you can't find on Pinterest for free and I'm not really all that comfortable following along with someone with their fingers in their mouth.

10. The automated voice is annoying, the notifications are frequent and nonsensical.I love that a real person shows you the excercises.

11. I FEEL LIKE I GOT SCAMMEDI can't use the app as it keeps asking me to engage in a new purchase for one of their features and there's no way to skip it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Luvly Issues

1. Fix Luvly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Luvly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Luvly App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Luvly" » Open Luvly: Face Yoga & Exercise » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Luvly » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Luvly: Face Yoga & Exercise app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Luvly servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Luvly: Face Yoga & Exercise" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Luvly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Luvly might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Luvly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Luvly then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Luvly not working


2. Fix Luvly Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Luvly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Luvly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Luvly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    I just noted in my credit card account that you have charged the monthly subscription fee for the Face Yoga application . (


    I was on the trial period, but unfortunately due to some 

    health and family issues , was not able to try out the application. Nor will I be able to find the time to continue ...   :(

    Thus I would highly appreciate if you could refund the monthly fee.


    If not possible , please cancel my subscription ... (I tried to cancel on Google Play wifhout any success. )

  • Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription immediately. I followed the steps in order to try to unsubscribe from my google play store account but the luvly app subscription is not appeared to be there. My bank account continues to be billed by your app, with different amounts of money each time, and I cannot find a solution. The last amount was more than 34 euros although my initial choice was a weekly change.

  • Hi there, I bought your app 3 days ago, and the 28-day programme doesn’t work well. Yesterday only 4 of the 8 exercise videos worked, and today it was even worse: only 2 were playing. The other ones kept loading and loading, but in the end they never did. It was definitely not a connection problem, because I was getting WhatsApps and messages via Messenger, and I could surf ok.   • I just tried to send a message but it doesn't look like it was sent, so trying again. Yesterday I brought a 3 month premium membership for $54.99, when I went and checked this in my settings, I saw a premium subscription for 12 months also for $54.99 so I upgraded to this, before confirming the upgrade I got a message which said any credit from another subscription would be credited, so I confirmed but now see I have been charged twice for this subscription and the three months is at the same time as the 12 month one, so I should be refunded $54.99. Also whilst I can use the 28 day programme easily, when I try and use the Target Area Exercises, only the first exercise loads, then it gets stuck and I get the message the internet connection is an issue, but my internet is not an issue for the 28 day programme, nor an issue for anything else, plus my internet strength is strong. Am I suppose to have access to these Target Area Exercises as well on a premium subscription? Please come back to me as soon as possible, thanks.

    I subscribed myself to your app for a year of premium acces (I paid €15,99 for a year).
    However, when using the app, I still have limited access to almost everything. How’s that possible? And how can that be fixed? I really want to use this app a lot and see ALL of the exercises.
