Especially when i'm trying to download this Because the bite squad it's ridiculous and i don't understand how this hasn't been fixed yet especially when i'm not the only one whose complained about this this app looks like it is horrible based off the rating and honestly i didn't want to use it in this just clinches it.Same place problem as quite a few others now app doesn't go past the white Figure pay screen when opening have tried everything that was given but still nothing.

2. Every single time I log in I have to have a verification code sent to my email and phone after I already had a fingerprint scan.

3. Asking to send verification email but ive clicked the resend button several times over the last hour and still haven't got the email.

4. Was told it was being elevated and I would get a call back but 4 days later and no call back.App wont let me sign in anymore.

5. The fingerprint scan makes my phone have a lock on it which a major obstacle when I am working.

6. I've tried uninstall and reinstall multiple times to no avail.I accidentally downloaded this app thinking at first it was zelle.

7. I believe that by downloading this app you are actually downloading a virus that scans your phone for payment information.

8. I realized my error and deleted the app without putting in anything other than my phone number.

9. It freezes everytime I open it at the white screen with purple icon in the middle.

10. Then finally when I could get a hold of customer service today 3 days later I'm told that I was actually declined.

11. Tried closing and opening the app, even deleted it and reinstalled! Still nothing.

1. Fix Figure Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Figure Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Figure Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Figure Pay" » Open Figure Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Figure Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Figure Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Figure Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Figure Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Figure Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Figure Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Figure Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Figure Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Figure Pay not working

2. Fix Figure Pay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Figure Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Figure Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Figure Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
