2. App hasn't been working correctly for months and it doesn't allow us the option to select mandatory fields like department or work activity... we have sent several tickets to enablon and no support on getting this error correct.

3. I find it the more Video and Images are uploaded, the more difficult the app seems to be able to a process.Keep having to scan qr code each time, taking away the convenience of having the app on your phone to begin with.Required a QR-code to log in.

4. Wish they would help correct this issue as it's 7 months..The app crashes to often and takes several attempts to upload complete inspections.

5. This issue is not isolated to one type of device and we've done the hard resets and also uninstall and reinstall methods several times to no resolve.

1. Fix Enablon Inspection Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Enablon Inspection: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Enablon Inspection App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Enablon Inspection" » Open Enablon Inspection » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Enablon Inspection » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Enablon Inspection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Enablon Inspection servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Enablon Inspection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Enablon Inspection app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Enablon Inspection might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Enablon Inspection. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Enablon Inspection then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Enablon Inspection not working

2. Fix Enablon Inspection Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Enablon Inspection be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Enablon Inspection not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Enablon Inspection may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
