1. Fix your app and let people give you some positive feedback for a change! Every body hates it!so...on iphone i can have options of ptz, audio, relay, capture...on android only get ptz, audio...also cant record video clips via mobile? As someone who puts in various nvrs and use their apps, DW Mobile + is extremely basic and missing key features.

2. So many startup cam companies with much better features and interface....DW needs to invest money into upgrades/improvements.As of oct 2022, the Dw Mobile plus app does NOT support push notifications? However, The older Vmax plus app does.... AS long as you're on the local network.

3. *endless buffering* I dunno who thinks this app is even worth the storage space on your device, but if they work for the dev team they need to be firedIt works on occasion.

10. Huh? It can work in Vmax plus remotely per tech support, but you have to go into router settings and set up port forwarding.

1. Fix DW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DW" » Open DW Mobile Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DW Mobile Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DW Mobile Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DW not working

2. Fix DW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
