It was very convenient not havig to sign in every time just to check my balance.The updated app is delayed it takes a long time to load and switch from screens and chosen options, I don't like the options for the alerts, I get the same alerts every morning for no reason a little after 2:00am and have since the new app started and I set my alerts.

2. The bank's customer service department has been of no help, telling me once that it knew about a problem with deposits and another time recommending I uninstall and reinstall it, even though I had told them I had already done that multiple times.

3. Academy's secured credit card shows inaccurate account balances due to very slow update times.TERRIBLE! I like the previous app it was more user friendly.

4. Account balance often inaccurate due to pending transactions not immediately factoring in (checking balance jumps around).
